FEISAL Abdul Rauf, 59, is a busy man. Since the September 11 tragedy took place six years ago, he has been holding numerous discussions or dialogs about Islam not being synonymous with terror.

He has been making a clear effort to build up an interfaith dialog between religious figures. In other words, he is working to erase any negative sentiments the American people have against Islam. Slowly, according to him, the hatred is fading.
