PHOTOCOPIES of papers with the letterhead of the Agency for the Assessment & Application of Technology (BPPT) are still kept in a black briefcase. Jana T. Anggadiredja, the owner of the case, delivered the original of the documents to Professor Asahiko Taira in Tokyo, Japan, last Thursday. “He agreed with the proposal we submitted,” said Professor Jana, deputy head of BPPT for Natural Resources Development Technology.
