Efforts to ratify the labor bill in the House of Representatives have failed many times. The bill won't pass until some strange articles are changed.

Another postponement in the ratification of two bills, one that regulates manpower development and protection (PPK) and the other covering industrial dispute settlement (PPI), is holding up major labor reform.
