WHAT is the history being written at Rawalpindi? A few minutes after 5:30 in the evening of December 27, a thin man murdered Benazir Bhutto just after she had finished her public address at the Liaquat Bagh Park. She was sitting in her car, but her head protruded above the open roof. A bomb exploded. She collapsed, was immediately taken by car to the city’s public hospital, but died at 6:16pm.
