THE queue of oil tankers going to and from the village of Kedung Jaya, Babelan Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency, seems endless. Every day, lots of 16,000-liter capacity tankers carry crude oil from the Tambun A collection center of Pertaminas West Java Upstream Regional Operations to the Cilamaya petrol station in Karawang, West Java. At peak periods, an average of 100 trips are being made to transport oil from Babelan to Cilamaya.
