LAST Wednesday, there was a novel sight at the Agriculture Office of the Province of South Sulawesi, located on Jalan Perkebunan 7, Makassar. A horse was parked in front of the office. The owner of the steed was Annas G.S., head of Administration for the Agriculture Office of South Sulawesi. He intentionally rode the four-legged beast to work that morning as his official mode of transportation.
