As part of the reintegration process, centers were set up across Aceh to provide victims of the conflictboth combatants and civilianswith a forum in which to air their grievances and seek assistance. But who will man the centers when the AMM completes its mission and leaves Aceh in June?

NURMALA, a mother of three, cradling her youngest, 20-day-old baby girl, had been waiting since early morning for the meeting at the KPA (Aceh Peace Commission) office at Lamdingin, a few kilometers outside Lhokseumawe, to begin.
