TWO mounds run across the road in front of the Indonesian Military (TNI) Company HQ of the Battalion 111 at Keudee Paya Bakong, Paya Bakong, North Aceh. Made of cement, these sleeping policeman are a rather unique piece of construction. Elevated with a sharp top, its main purpose across streets in Indonesia is to slow down speeding vehicles.
