MOUNDS of pebbles fill the entrance to the Turkish village at Lampuuk, Lhok Nga, Greater Aceh. One afternoon on Saturday last week, a truck was unloading the pebbles at the mouth of the road leading to the housing complex under construction by the Turkish Red Crescent.
