Community-Based Housing for Nias

A NUMBER of primary school students in white-and-red uniforms moved in sync. At noon on February 15, in Banuagea, Nias, the schoolboys and girls were gracefully performing a welcome dance with joy. It was the beginning of the groundbreaking procession to mark the construction of 468 houses for communities in four villages in North Nias, which will soon get underway.
