UNLIKE other places, the flyover at Lapangan Ros, Tebet, South Jakarta, is not a place for scavengers and vagrants to seek refuge. Under the bridge, on Wednesday last week, standing in rows were at least 12 gleaming cars. Parked in two lines, at the front was black Toyota Fortuner, a sports car, a Mitsubishi Kuda, as well as a light green Toyota Kijang Innova. Behind them were two sedans under silvery covers and a Toyota Alphard.
