Blissful and splendid flashy lamps in Jakarta’s malls and shopping centers add to the festive atmosphere of year-end holidays. All the adornments create places of attraction for city dwellers. High-rise buildings consuming superjumbo electricity become targets of residents to crown around and be engaged in activities.
