HUNDREDS of passengers looked very eager to board the Kelud vessel, which was slowly approaching Beton Port, Sekupang, Batam. Last Wednesday, the vessel stopped at the port before leaving for Belawan, Medan. Piles of luggage were scattered along the pier. Some of them were put in boxes and sacks.
