THE house, with its walls painted in pale cream, is a humble structure. To reach the house, one has to walk down a concrete path and step onto four wooden planks, haphazardly put over puddles of water. On the left side of of the house, is a clogged sewer. The living room spans across 20 square meters: one is therefore forced to share a cramped working space among piles and piles of paper and equipment.
