In the first week of October this year, some 1,268 registered delegates from 21 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) countries will converge in the Indonesian island of Bali to assess the 1994 Bogor goals of regional economic integration and discuss future plans to foster trade and investment in the region.
