Entering a business world dominated by men does not compel Eka Sari Lorena Soerbakti to try and dress masculine. At work at one of the Lorena bus depots she owns in Tajur, Bogor, the 45-year-old woman wore a chic blazer and a slim pencil skirt. The uneven pavement, dotted with splashes of oil, forced her to walk cautiously. On that particular day, as indeed on most days, she was wearing a pair of high-heeled shoes. "It's quite a bit of a trouble for a woman running a transportation company. Almost everybody in this business is male," she said Tuesday last week.
