The new Executive Director of the Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia, Dr. H.S.Dillon, this year opted to have a separate date and venue to meet CGI delegates, from the ones organized by the World Bank. He got the Sultan of Yogyakarta, in Central Java to co-host the one-day meeting at his palace a day before the Bali meeting.
