PAMPHLETS were anonymously slipped under the doors of the hotel rooms where participants of the Golkar Party National Convention were staying at Nusa Dua, Bali, last week. They read: "Money is indeed important, but conscience is more important." Similar pamphlets were also spread around the Bali Convention Center, where the party's highest forum, was being held.
