An opera without the character Tan Malaka.

This voice is heard amidst the din of people milling about, between the echoes of Internationale, the “official” song of the Comintern.
This question opens the opera in three acts, which over the course of one hour attempts to answer that question. But it is indeed a question with no answer. The script of the opera does not explain what and who is Ibrahim or Tan Malaka or Ilyas Hussein or Tan Ho Seng or….
