BI Rate Cut Again

BANK Indonesia eventually cut its reference interest rate (BI Rate) after maintaining a level of 8.25 percent since July this year. A meeting of the board of governors at the BI Building, Jakarta, last week, made a correction of 25 basis points to 8 percent, in line with the end of year target.
