Bakrie Corporate Action

PT Bakrie Brothers will hold a rights issue to the tune of Rp40.1 trillion. Previously, the Bakrie family company was intending a reverse stock; also a warrant issue of Rp2.9 trillion. “The rights issue is done after reverse stock. The process will be completed around the end of April,” said CEO of Bakrie Brothers, Bobby Gafur Umar, last Friday.
