Pertamina Revamps Board of Directors

THE uncertainty in the last several weeks eventually ended on Wednesday last week. State Minister for State-Owned Enterprises, Sofyan Djalil, installed three new directors of PT Pertamina. They are Karen Agustiawan, Rukmi Hadihartini, and Waluyo. Four directors' positions, including that of CEO Ari H. Soemarno, do not change.
