THE government has suspended the broadcasts of pay-TV Astro Nusantara. Director-General of Post & Telecommunications, Basuki Yusuf Iskandar, said the suspension was due to the fact that PT Direct Vision, the company operating Astro, was yet to fulfill a number of requirements.Vice President Corporate Affairs of PT Direct Vision, Halim Mahfudz, said the broadcast was suspended as of 10am on Friday last week.
