Giving Up Subsidiaries
BANK Indonesia will hand over its subsidiaries, PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia and PT Bahana Permodalan Usaha Indonesia, to the government as stipulated by current legislation. The plan to divest the remaining subsidiary, Bank Indover, was dropped due to its involvement in a bankruptcy case in Holland.
