PRESIDENT Joko Widodo and Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim agreed on several memorandums of understanding (MoUs) when they met at the Bogor Presidential Palace, West Java, on Monday, January 9. One of them was the MoU on the placement and protection of Indonesian migrant workers in the domestic sector in Malaysia, which will be implemented through the one channel system (OCS). President Jokowi hoped the OCS for the recruitment and placement
