IN June 1991, the cries of Rosery Meita, wife of Dicky Iskandar Dinata, echoed through the Central Jakarta District Court as the judicial panel sentenced Dicky to 10 years in prison on corruption charges. The court found him guilty of causing the state Rp780 billion in losses.
