IF garage walls at Jalan Lengkong Besar 16 in Bandung, could only talk, they would surely have a lot to say about Natsir and his deep concern. These walls would eloquently relate—much better than their current owners—that in 1931, this car repair shop which used to be a home owned by Haji Yunus and which was rented out by Mohammad Natsir, was the birthplace of the Islamic Education (Pendis) organization.
