THE three buildings are not fully built. As of Friday last week, not all of the dividing walls were in place. The white ceramic floor tiles did not fully cover the cement floors as well. A number of workers were still busy putting the finishing touches on this four-story building at the Jakabaring Sport City in Palembang.

Work on the facility that is expected to accommodate 3,000 athletes is being accelerated. This coming November, athletes from
