ARMED conflicts have been repeatedly occurred in Papua during the last two months. The Pegunungan Bintang Regency that was once a safe area now has turned into a red zone.  Commander of the Cendrawasih Military Command Maj. Gen. Ignatius Yogo Triyon said that the conflict was triggered by armed groups who want to show their presence in Papua. “(They) wanted to create a security disturbance,” said Yogo in a phone call with Tempo,
