INDONESIAN Military (TNI) Commander Gen. Andika Perkasa’s worsening relationship with Army Chief of Staff Gen. Dudung Abdurachman came to light in early August. At the time, Dudung’s son, Mohamad Akbar Abudrachman, was said to be among the 71 Military Academy (Akmil) candidate cadets whose names were crossed off the list.
