ARRIVING in Semarang, Central Java, on the evening of Wednesday, April 19, Ganjar Pranowo received instructions from Hasto Kristiyanto, Secretary-General of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), to return to Jakarta immediately.
