Anwar Usman is no longer Chair of the Constitutional Court (MK), a position which he held since 2018. The Constitutional Court’s Ethics Council (MKMK), led by Jimly Asshiddiqie, who was the Constitutional Court’s first Chief Justice, announced the dismissal of President Joko Widodo's brother-in-law as Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court in a hearing held on Tuesday, November 7.
