AFTER three years in the drawers of the board of directors, plans by PT Bank BNI to acquire a company that is in line with its business has not reached public ears. It’s now hotly rumored that the state-owned bank will soon take over control of Bahana Securities, currently suffering from a lack of ‘blood.’
