Leaks of up to What Percent?
Benny Pasaribu's accusation that there have been leaks of up to 40 percent in general allocation funds has a lot of holes in it. He has now in fact amended his statement saying that there certainly have been mistakes but these were due more to improprieties rather than diverted funds.
