With the targeted sale of 24 SOEs—the reason for the butterflies in their stomachs—they must undertake a series of Herculean tasks that are not sure to end up with a big celebration. Naturally so, as the targeted income is high: Rp6.5 trillion, which must be given over just to patch up the 2002 national budget.
