The camp looks like an emergency barracks. Hundreds of aspiring overseas contract workers (OCWs) are crowded in narrow "boxes" with four partitions. They sleep everywhere, sprawled on the floor, in the living room, in open rooms, on pieces of plastic or cotton sheets, old newspapers or whatever comes to hand.
