DAY by day, the battle between state-owned financial audit institutions increases in intensity. At the end of May this year, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK), a senior state institution that has powers equivalent to those of parliament, sent a letter to Laksamana Sukardi, the State Minister for State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
