Closing the Door on Deforestation Products
The European Union proposes a draft regulation on products that are not linked to deforestation and forest degradation. It could potentially negate the Timber Legality Assurance System.

ON Tuesday, July 12, the European Union Parliament issued a press statement affirming its wish to export and engage in the trade of deforestation-free commodities.
