ONE day, not too long ago, the daily activities of the main service counter of the Tanjung Priok Customs & Excise Office came to a full stop. More than 10 officers of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and their staff had arrived to do a spot check. They broke into the entire office, looking into closets and locked drawers. They found Rp500 million, which they suspect to be bribe money given by businesspeople wanting to speed up the proc
