THE image of the Constitutional Court is plummeting. A public trust survey by the Public Opinion and Policy Research (Populi) Center last June placed the judicial institution at the bottom, below the military, President, General Elections Commission, Corruption Eradication Commission, Elections Supervisory Agency, Supreme Court and the Attorney-General’s Office.
