THE drug appears in either a powdered or a liquid form. In its powdered form, yellowish-white in color, it looks like alum. The drug, known as ketamine, is growing in popularity as a new plaything for people addicted to narcotics.

In powdered form ketamine is used by inhalation. In liquid form, it is injected into the blood stream. In the hands of a criminal mind, ketamine can be used as an ingredient to produce ecstasy pills. Its this kind of pil
