Reversing an Invalid Order

A court has declared that the AGOs order discontinuing proceedings into the Suharto case is invalid.

APPLAUSE broke out as the judge finished reading the verdict. Several spectators then ran out of the courtroom to stage a short drama. A man wearing a cap sat musing listlessly like the defendant while several other people read out a list of crimes that he had committed since he became president.
