No Transparency at Mini Markets
The Information Commission asked Alfamart to reveal funds donated by its customers, but it refused, claiming its prerogative as a private company.

Alfaria Trijaya Resources did not waste the 14day grace period it was given to respond to Central Information Commission's (KIP) ruling. Through the law firm Ihza & Ihza's services, the owner of the Alfamart and Alfamidi retail network filed an objection with the Tangerang District Court last Tuesday. "Our client is not a public body," one of Ihza & Ihza attorneys, Adria Indra Cahyadi, said last week.
