THE 1.5-meter tall iron fence surrounds half the area of a gas station in Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, in Pasuruan, East Java. Not a single attendant could be seen on duty near the four fuel dispensers on Wednesday, February 10. A white car was parked on one corner of the station, bearing license plate number 9XXX-01, and emblazoned with the single word Provost on it. Provost is an organic unit within the Indonesian Military (TNI) as part of the militar
