ROWS of shop-houses line up along the Kamal Raya outer ring road in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Standing on 22 hectares of land, they are being sold for around Rp6 billion per unit. The developer is currently in dispute with the Indonesian Land Mafia Victims Forum Chairman Supardi Kendi Budiardjo. 

Today, the area is controlled by a property giant, Agung Sedayu Group. They have been developing an elite commercial and residentia
