THE meeting between former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pertamina, Karen Agustiawan, and the representative of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the South Jakarta District Court on January 9 failed to produce an agreement. PwC only sent a legal counsel. “They could not present a representative as a party of the principal,” said Karen’s attorney, Humisar Sahala Panjaitan.
