Perhaps Tempo should have arranged for the article From the Dome of Berlin to be read by a German (journalist) before publishing. You wrote that the unification cost for the Germans was “at least 1 million euros”. One million? That’s peanuts. To my knowledge the cost amounted to more than 120 billion euros—and this is a conservative estimate as some people talk about 320 billion. It’s true there were many complaints
