WITH reference to the letter of Bapak Sandi Sumarsana titled “CIMB Niaga’s Credit Card Bills” in the January 17, 2022 edition, we herewith convey our apology for any inconvenience experienced by Bapak Sandi. To follow up the complaint, we have contacted BapakSandi in person to explain the problem and to seek a settlement.
