IT never occurred to Akhmad Rovahan that an article he wrote would have a significant impact. He is not a reporter. A teacher with an Islamic school in Buntet, Cirebon, he wrote about the murky disbursement of education aid funds in seven schools in Astanajapura subdistrict.
