THEIR shouts rang out sharply, cutting through the silence. In the village of Harapan, Kwamki Lama, in the Mimika Baru district of Mimika regency, Papua, dozens of men jumped up and down then ran back and forth. Dark-skinned and carrying bows and spears, they were demonstrating a war dance.
